William Abney, II, 62, of Piedmont, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Ellington, Missouri.

He was born on January 27, 1964, in St. Louis, Missouri, to William Abney, I and Tresa (Price) Abney.

William enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He especially loved to spend time with family and friends.

William is survived by one son David Abney of Rolla, Missouri; one daughter, Teresa Abney of Sequim, Washington; one sister Kristy (Steve) Gibson of Park Hills; his girlfriend, Shelly Sanders; and five grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his parents, William and Tresa Abney. A host of family and friends survive.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
