Vincent Lee Kelley, Sr., 52, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on September 11, 1973 in Ronceverte, West Virginia, to Paul Vincent Kelley and Donna Ann (Webb) Kelley. On December 16, 2024 Vincent married Dina Michelle Book.

Vincent loved to cook for his family and friends. He enjoyed going fishing and hunting, and woodworking. He served in the United States Army and the Reserves.

Vincent is survived by his wife, Dina Kelley; one son, Vincent Lee Kelley, Jr.; two daughters, Montana Lee Kelley, and Lacey Leeann Kelley; three sisters, Donna Marie Kelley, Angela Sue Kelley, and Paula (Keith) Kelley-Hedge; one half-brother, Steven Radford; one half-sister, Jessica G. (Leo) Radford-O’Hara; and five grandchildren, Kirsma McNabb, Emma Poley, Robert Poley, Riley Coleman, and Noah Poley. He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Vincent Kelley and Donna Ann Radford; and one brother Wyman O’Neil Radford. A host of family and friends survive.

Memorial service will be held at a later date. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
