Rose Mary Norman-Fuller

Rose Mary Norman-Fuller, 67, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in St. Louis, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 13, 1958, to Carl Bilskey and Delois (White) Bilskey. On December 26, 2014, Rose married John Fuller.

Rose was a life-long resident of Poplar Bluff where she raised a wonderful family that she took pride in taking care of, making every holiday more special than the last. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, watching her soaps on TV every evening, and traveling. Rose especially loved to spend as much time as possible with her family.

Rose is survived by her loving husband, John Fuller; two daughters, Jessica Norman, and Shera Norman; five brothers, Jimmy (Mickey) Bilskey, Ricky (Kayla) Bilskey, Eddie (Rebecca Taylor) Bilskey, Gary (Holly) Conner, and Michael Bilskey; six grandchildren, Wynter, Kirsten, Matthew, Dylan, Austin, and Conner; and two great grandchildren, Kaliya, and Rhia. Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Delois Bilskey; one daughter Christine Jones; one brother, David Bilskey, and one sister Kathy Bilskey. A host of family and friends survive.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 10-11 a.m. at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Sprous officiating in Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow the funeral service at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery. Fitch- Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all funeral arrangements.
