Minnie Carol Blackwell, 80, of Bismarck, AR, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021. She was born July 12, 1940 in Doniphan, MO and to the late John Price and Wilma (Woodard) Blackwell.
She was a longtime resident of Arkansas. She enjoyed looking at life through her paintings. She attended Bible Baptist Church of El Dorado, AR.
Minnie is survived by her sister, Betty Simmons (Steve); one niece, Jerusha McKinney (Tim) and great nephew Brody McKinney; one nephew, Alan Simmons (Angela) and great niece Alexis and great nephew Adam.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services are Sunday, April 25, 2021 in the Naylor Memorial Cemetery at 2:00PM. Speaker will be Rev. Steve Simmons.
