Marilyn Kay Destefano

Marilyn Kay Destefano, 74, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021.  She was born in Neosho, MO on July 16, 1946 to the late Lester and Betty Jean (Sherman) Destefano.

She worked as a convenience store cook.  Kay, as known by her friends, was an original member to the Golden Girls Breakfast Club.  She enjoyed creating paintings and loved animals.

Kay is survived by several cousins, Shirley McRay, Teresa Osborne, Kyle Bromley, Kwin Bromley and Dirk Bromley, all of Coffeyville, KS and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
