Karen Ann (Wunderlich) Brannum

Karen Ann Brannum, 57, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023, in her home.

She was born January 14, 1966, Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Richard A Wunderlich and Lorraine K. (Keele) Wunderlich.

Karen was a lifetime resident of Poplar Bluff.  She enjoyed gardening, dancing, to cook, football especially the Dallas Cowboys.  Karen loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Karen is survived by two daughters: Carrie (Clay) Peterson and Kristy Brannum both of Poplar Bluff; two bonus sons: Josh Montgomery of Poplar Bluff and Christopher Trammell of St. Charles; one bonus daughter Jennifer Trammell of St. Charles; her significant other Jeff Trammell; her father: Richard Wunderlich of Arlington, Texas; one brother: Greg (Dori) Gaines of Michigan; one sister Jackie (Steve) McDonald of Louisiana; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.  She is preceded in death by her mother Lorraine Keele.  A host of family and friends also survive.

Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 15, 2023, at 5:00 pm at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel.  Fitch-Hillis funeral home is assisting with all arrangements.
