Jackie June Walker

Jackie June Walker, 67, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2025, at Westwood Hillis Nursing Home.

She was born on November 25, 1958, in Granite City, Illinois, to John Gancheff and Jimmie (Barker) Gancheff. In December 2009 Jackie married Terry Walker.

Jackie was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed camping, canoeing, being outdoors. She especially loved spending time with her family.

Jackie is survived by her father, John Gancheff; two sons, Jason (Sadie) Johnson, and Stephen (Bre) Walker; one daughter Amber (Mike Marteness) Richardson; two brothers, Steve Gancheff, and Joseph Gancheff; and three sisters, Dorothy Gancheff, Cathy (Bob) Gisi, and Sandy Ramsey-Barker; ten grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Jackie is preceded in death by her mother, Jimmie Gancheff; her husband, Terry Walker; and two brothers, Michael Gancheff, and George Barker. A host of family and friends also survive.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all funeral arrangements.
