Galen Roy Pickard

Galen Roy Pickard, 61, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on June 10, 2025.

He was born on August 12, 1963, in Oklahoma.

Galen was a long-time resident of Poplar Bluff. He loved to share stories about his life, and his adventures. He was a man of God, that enjoyed life, loved his family, and was an amazing mentor.

Galen is survived by two sons, William Pickard, and Michael Burn; one daughter, Melissa Burns; two brothers, Terry Pickard, and Wayne Pickard; one nephew, Dustin Pickard of Poplar Bluff; one great niece Amelia Pickard; and two great nephews, Lucas Pickard, and Randall Pickard, II. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Pickard, Sr.; and one brother, Alvin Pickard, Jr. A host of family and friends survive.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
