Fred Palmer

Fred E. Palmer, 73, died May 23, 2013 in Poplar Bluff, Mo. He was born January 4, 1940 in Butler County. He was of the Protestant faith. Mr. Palmer served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Conflict. He was a life time member of the V.F.W. and a member of the American Legion. While still able he enjoyed hunting. Surviving is one brother, Bob Palmer of Poplar Bluff, Mo. Preceding him in death were his parents Marion Palmer and Ruth Younger Palmer. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel from 9 to 11 A.M. The funeral will follow at 11 A.M. Burial will be at Greenhill Cemetery.
