Farrell J. Raymer, 78, of Cape Girardeau, Mo. died January 3, 2017, at his residence. Hi was born July 14,1938 in St. Louis, Mo. to the late Luther J. Raymer and Dorothy Honnoll. He was married to Carol Jupp Raymer. She survives. He worked as a pressman for a newspaper.
