Curtis Hendricks, 71, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on July 1, 2026, at Swift Creek Care Facility.

He was born on November 14, 1954, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Curtis was a family man; he loved playing with his grandchildren, and spending time with his family. He enjoyed playing the drums, and spending time with friends.

Curtis is survived by one son, David Mills; four daughters, Mary (Brad) Williams, Misty Hendricks, Stacy (Roger) Burris, and Karolyn Mills; one brother, Joe Hendricks; two sisters, Becky Hendricks, and Sandy Hendricks; eight grandchildren, Issac Hendricks, Christian Burris, Lilly Burris, Hailey McIntosh, Lizzy Zuriga, Waylon Ashcraft, Remington Mock, and Gage Russell; and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Debbie Hendricks; and two brothers, David Hendricks, and Bill Hendricks. A host of family and friends survive.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
