Carolyn Sue Rodgers

Carolyn Sue Rodgers, 64, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on March 10, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born on October 29, 1961, in Butler County, Missouri, to Charles W. Luke and Edith L. Durrow.

Carolyn enjoyed playing bingo, going shopping, and listening to Gospel music. She loved spending time with her family.

Carolyn is survived by one son, Joseph (Candice) Coleman; two daughters, Carla Mize, and Crystal Victor Padilla) Coleman; two sisters, Betty Faughn, and Evelyn Prenzel; eight grandchildren, Austin Coleman, Anthony Coleman, Lillian Coleman, Dianna Mize, Haley Mize, Kellie Santhuff, Sara Santhuff, and Shyann Santhuff; and six great grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Aubree, Mia, Layla, and Ryla. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Luke and Edith Durrow. A host of family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on March 19, 2026, at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home at 366 College Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Funeral service will be at 12 p.m. on March 19, 2026, with Rev. Jim Schremp officiating. Interment will follow funeral service at Memorial Gardens Cemetery of Poplar Bluff. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all funeral arrangements.
