Brenda Claudean Bryeans, 69, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 03, 2026, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, with her family by her side.

She was born on January 28, 1957 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to Claude Bryeans and Mary Dean (Callow) Bryeans.

Brenda enjoyed going bowling, camping, spending time with her customers and coworkers. Brenda loved life and sharing it with her family and friends.

Brenda is survived by two sons, Michael McNew, and Clinton McNew; one sister, Pat Zimmerman; three grandchildren, Bradley McNew, Kyle McNew, and Traclynn “Abbie” Lowe; six great grandchildren, Oliver McNew, Juno McNew, Opal McNew, Auxlynn Payne, Harlowe Payne, and Ariella Speer. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Claude and Mary Bryeans; one son, Heath Bryeans; and one grandchild, Dillon McNew. A host of family and friends survive.

Visitation will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel at 366 College Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
