Anna Marie Smith

Anna Marie Smith, 64, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on March 29, 2026, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

She was born on July 21, 1961, in Blytheville, Arkansas, to Wayland Earl Jolley and Alice Rae (Koonce) Jolley.

Anna enjoyed window shopping, and listening to music especially 80’s rock. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Anna is survived by three daughters, Kimberly (Kenneth Turner) Smith, Barbara (Matthew) Vaughn, and Nina Barnes; one sister Michelle (Jim) Cole; and seven grandchildren, Damien Smith, Alonso Gibson, Bobbie Vaughn, Kaylee Vaughn, Baylee Vaughn, Aidyn Vaughn, and Sadie Vaughn; and one great grandchild on the way. Anna is preceded in death by her parents, Wayland and Alice Jolley. A host of family and friends also survive.

Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on April 4, 2026 at Recycling Grace Ministries Church at 503 Apple Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all funeral arrangements.
